This original watercolor was painted en plein air and back in the studio I added a little defining pen and ink.  This theater was a renovation project done by the Town of Cary in 2014. The theater was originally built in the 1940's and later served as a clothing store and auto parts store. The theater was expanded to add a coffee shop and a second and third floor office suite. It is one of Cary's cherished icons. This painting is matted and framed to measure 12" x 16"
