The Day's catch depicts a fisherman who has come to shore and is tidying up his boat at the end of the day, while a group of pelicans wait to see if they will get anyfish.
The source material for the painting was a photo I took while on vacation in Playa Del Carmin, Meixo during january of 2022.  The original watercolor is painted on 140lb Arches Cold Pressed paper and measures 16" h x 20" w
